Skip Qualification Check Verifications#

🔒 MaintenanceActivityOrder.SkipQualificationVerifications

Overview#

This operation is used to skip Qualification Checks Verifications during the execution of a Maintenance Activity Order (MAO).

Preconditions#

  • The MAO exists and is Active.
  • The MAO Maintenance Type is set to Qualification.
  • The MAO Material Type Restriction Mode is set to Require Specific.
  • The MAO Execution State is Requested, Approved, Released, In Progress, or Waiting For Acceptance.
  • There must be at least one MAO Qualification Check whose system state is neither Completed or Obsolete, and the Verification Count is higher than 0.
  • The MAO Qualification Check Verification must have the Is Skippable property set to true.
  • The Result of the MAO Qualification Check Verification must be empty.
  • All preceding MAO Qualification Check Verifications must have a Result set.

Sequence of Steps#

  1. Select a Maintenance Activity Order that matches the preconditions listed above.

  2. Navigate to the Qualifications section of the MAO.

  3. Select the number in the last column, which opens the view with all the Verifications configured for the selected Qualification Check.

  4. Choose one or more Verifications matching the preconditions and select Skip.

  5. Optionally, write a remark for each skipped MAO Qualification Check Verification.

  6. Select Skip to complete the operation.
