Performance#

This folder contains reports that make calculations over a certain period of time.

It contains the following standard analytics views:

  • Area Maintenance Information - This dashboard details key performance indicators and data breakdowns for system reliability analysis.
  • Future Flow Report - This customizable report details the future steps and details for a specified product or material, allowing users to filter and view related information from various operations.
  • Maintenance Information - This dashboard provides insights for monitoring maintenance activities, resource reliability, and equipment downtime.
  • Material Facility Cycle Time DWH - This report analyzes material processing times within facilities using a data warehouse.
  • Material Losses DWH - This report analyzes material losses within a data warehouse, utilizing configurable filters.
  • Material Pass Test Results DWH - This report analyzes material test results, tracking pass rates and identifying defect sequences within production processes.
  • Material State Time Distribution DWH - This report analyzes material time distribution data within a database, using various filters.
  • Material Step Cycle Time DWH - This report analyzes material step cycle times within a data warehouse environment.
  • Material Volume and Yield DWH - This report analyzes material volume and yield data across facilities and steps.
  • Material Yield Loss DWH - This report analyzes material yield loss data from a DWH database.

For all performance reports, the system always considers the Civil Calendar and the day as starting at 00h00. The start date at 00h00 and the end date as the next day of the end date at 00h00. When filtering at the shift level, only the portion of the shift that falls within the selected interval is considered.
