Maintenance History (New Design)#

The Maintenance History (New Design) report is an enhanced version of the Maintenance History. The report provides information about all the Maintenance Activity Orders from the selected Resources, stored in the Operational Data Store (ODS). You can access this report from the Resource History tab in the Business Intelligence menu, as shown below.

Filters#

The following filters are available:

• Enterprise – select one or more Enterprises.
• Site – select one or more Sites.
• Facility – select one or more Facilities.
• Area – select one or more Areas.
• Resource Type – select one or more Resource Type.
• Resource Model – select one or more Resource Model.
• Resource – select one or more Resource.
• Activity Type – select one or more Activity Type.
• Begin Date – enable the option to specify a start date using the calendar picker.
• End Date – enable the option to specify an end date using the calendar picker.

Report Sections#

For each selected Resource section, you are provided with:

• Instance
• Maintenance Plan
• Created On

Data Source: Resource

For each Maintenance Activity Order (MAO) associated with the Resource, you can find the details below:

• Activity name
• Expected Duration
• State the order is in
• Schedule State - state the Resource needs to be in to start the MAO.
• Begin Date
• End Date
• Effective End Date
• Counter Due - due date.
• Schedule Date
• Created On
• Cost
• Counter Value - expected cost.
• If the Maintenance was part of a line clearance activity for a Material, it is also referred here.

For each selected Resource, the following sections are displayed, detailing the operations included in the associated Maintenance Activity Orders.

Operations#

Data Source: MaintenanceOrderResourceOperations

This section lists the operations of the MAO associated with the Resource, including:

• Operation name
• Comments
• User that performed the operation
• Date and Time

Checklists#

Data Source: MaintenanceOrderChecklists

The Checklists section displays all the instances that were open for the Resource as part of the MAO, the items of the Checklist Instance and what was executed in each.

The section below provides the following details for each Checklist Instance:

• Checklist Instance name
• Data Collection Instance
• System/Universal State
• Checklist
• Data Collection
• Date Started
• Standard Duration
• Duration
• Date Ended

And the following for the Item, including collected data:

• Type of task and its state (example: Name of the Task (Manual Task) Completed)
• User that performed the checklist item with date and time
• Standard Duration
• Parameter
• Type
• Value

Data Collection#

Data Source: MaintenanceOrderDataCollections.

This section displays all the Data Collection Instances associated with the MAO.

For every operation you are provided with:

• Data Collection Instance
• Completed On
• Data Collection Name
• Limit Set
• Type

In each group, the samples provide the following information:

• Parameter
• Reading
• Value
• Instrument

Parts#

Data Source: MaintenanceOrderParts

This section displays all the Parts of the Resource submitted to a MAO, with the following details:

• Product
• Date and Time
• Optional - whether the MAO for that Part was optional.
• Planned Quantity
• Current Quantity - if the planned quantity differs from the current one, it might indicate that the Part was substituted.
• Cost - if a Part was substituted, it indicates the part cost.
• Material
• Quantity - Part quantity submitted for Maintenance.
• Information name
• Information value

Personnel#

Data Source: MaintenanceOrderPersonnel

This section displays all the Personnel involved in the MAO of the Resource selected.

• Date and Time
• Employee
• Certification - whether the employee has a specific certification to perform the MAO.
• Type - specifies the operation performed.
• Exclusive - if the operation can only be performed by that employee.
• Begin Date of maintenance
• End Date of maintenance
• Duration of maintenance
• Cost - considering the operation duration, how much money that equates to considering the employee pay.

Qualifications#

Data Source: MaintenanceActivityOrderQualificationCheck, MaintenanceActivityOrderQualificationCheckVerification and MaintenanceActivityOrderQualificationItem.

This section displays all the Qualification Checks associated with the MAO.

For every operation you are provided with:

• Qualification Check
• System State
• Item Disable Mode
• Material - displayed only when the Type Restriction Mode of the maintenance activity is set to Require Specific.
• Execution Step
• Execution Flow - displayed only when the Selection Mode is set to Flow Path.
• Execution Flow Path - displayed only when the Selection Mode is set to Flow Path.
• Execution Logical Path - displayed only when the Selection Mode is set to Logical Path.
• Result - Pass, Fail, or Skipped.
• Results Remarks - displayed if remarks were added.
• Qualification Items
• Verification Results - available only when the Type Restriction Mode of the maintenance activity is set to Require Specific.

For each Verification Result, the report includes:

• Material
• Verification Step
• Verification Flow - displayed only when the Selection Mode is set to Flow Path.
• Verification Flow Path - displayed only when the Selection Mode is set to Flow Path.
• Verification Logical Path - displayed only when the Selection Mode is set to Logical Path.
• Results Capture Mode - Data Collection Within Limits, Manual, Manual At Track-Out, SPC With No Violations, and SPC With No Violations and DC Within Limits
• Result Source - User or System.
• Result - Pass, Fail, or Skipped.
• Results Remarks - displayed if remarks were added.

For each Qualification Item, the report includes the following details:

• Qualification Check
• Type - Resource, Resource Service or Resource Recipe.
• System State
• Parent Resource
• Qualification Item - the specific Resource, Resource Service, or Resource Recipe.
• Disabled - indicates whether the Qualification Item was disabled.
• Started - indicates whether the qualification check has started.
• Result - Pass, Fail, or Skipped.
• Results Remarks - displayed if remarks were added.

Comments#

Data Source: MaintenanceOrderComments

This section displays all the Comments made in the MAO process. It includes:

• User who made the comments
• Date and Time
• Comment content
