Material Aggregated Inventory (New Design)#

Overview#

The Material Aggregated Inventory report provides a consolidated view of all Materials currently in progress across the production workflow. It allows you to analyze inventory distribution by Product, Status, Step, and more. This Stimulsoft report can be accessed through the Business Intelligence tab, under the State folder.

Data Source#

The report uses data from the ODS (Operational Data Store) database, accessed through the following data set:

Material Movement Per Step

KPIs#

The report highlights several key performance indicators (KPIs) that summarize the current state of the inventory:

Total Inventory - The total number of Materials existing in the system.
In Store - The total number of Materials that are currently In Store.
On Hold - The total number of Materials that are currently On Hold.
In Transit - The total number of Materials that are currently In Transit.
Top of Materials - The three Products with most Materials.

Headers#

The report header displays hierarchical location information, organized into three rows:

First row – Displays the Enterprise and the Site.
Second row – Displays the Facility and the Area.
Third row – Groups all Materials by Step, presenting the aggregated information for each Step.

Filters#

Facility - Filters Materials by Facility and supports multi-value selection.
Area - Filters Materials by Area and supports multi-value selection, restricted by the selected Facility values.
Step - Filters Materials by Step and supports multi-value selection, restricted by the selected Facility and Area values.
Step Type - Filters Materials by Step Type and supports multi-value selection.
Product Group - Filters Materials by Product Group and supports multi-value selection.
Product - Filters Materials by Product and supports multi-value selection.
Type - Filters Materials by Type and supports multi-value selection.
Units - Filters Materials by Units and supports multi-value selection.
Form - Filters Materials by Form and supports multi-value selection.

All applied filters are displayed at the top of the report next to the icon.

Fields#

Product - Product associated with the materials in that row.
Type - The Material type, according to the MaterialType Lookup Table.
Form - The Material form, according to the MaterialForm Lookup Table.
In Store - Number of Materials that are currently In Store.
On Hold - Number of Materials that are currently On Hold.
Queued - Number of Materials that are currently Queued.
Dispatched - Number of Materials that are currently Dispatched.
In Process - Number of Materials that are currently In Process.
Processed - Number of Materials that are currently Processed.
In Transit - Number of Materials that are currently In Transit.
Materials - Number of Materials for the Product.
Cost - Sum of the Material Cost.
Time At Step - Total time Materials have spent at the Step.
Primary Quantity - Sum of the Primary Quantity.
Secondary Quantity - Sum of the Secondary Quantity.
