Data Collection Page#

🔒 DataCollection.Show

The Data Collection page displays general information on the specific Data Collection. In addition it enables you to perform all the operations that can be performed on a specific Data Collection.

Details Tab#

The Details tab provides a collapsible Details View panel on the left side of the page. The panel can be collapsed or expanded. Depending on configuration and the optional licensed modules, the panel will display some or all of the following sub-sections:

  • Details - displays general information on the Data Collection.
  • Parameters - displays information on the Parameters that are part of the Data Collection.
  • Limit Sets - displays information on the Data Collection Limit Sets that are associated to the Data Collection.
  • Instances - displays information on the Data Collection instances that are either open or closed.
  • Attributes - enables the visualization of existing Attributes and the possibility to create new ones. For more information, see Attributes.
  • Attachments - shows the documents that are attached to the Data Collection and enables you to attach additional documentation to the Data Collection.

The Data Collection Parameters will be displayed in a list, showing the properties for each Parameter according to the scope:

In case the Data Collection still has not been approved, it will also be possible to edit the Parameters by selecting the Manage button in the Parameters section.

Compare Tab#

🔒 DataCollection.Compare

This tab provides a quick visual comparison between the selected entity version and any other version that can be selected through it. You can also export the comparison results to a PDF file through the Export Comparison button on the action bar. For more information, see Compare Entity Versions.

References Tab#

This tab combines information concerning other objects that have references to the current object:

  • Relations - displays the existing Relations between the Data Collection and other entities and enables the user to edit them. For more information, see Relations.
  • Where Used - displays the set of relationships between the Data Collection and the other objects used throughout the system.

History Tab#

This tab combines information concerning other objects that have references to the current Data Collection object:

  • Change Set History - displays the history of the change sets associated to the object. For more information on Change Set history, visit the Change Set History page.
  • History - displays the history of the operations, associated information, user(s) performing the changes and date and time of the changes.
