Manage Carrier Material#

Overview#

Associate a Carrier to a Material.

Preconditions#

• A Material exists for a product of type Carrier.
• If the Carrier Material is not sharable, another Material must not already use it.
• MaterialCarrierContext Smart Table contains the proper context rule.

Sequence Of Steps#

Step 1: Open the Manage Carrier Materials wizard#

1. Select a Material. For example, Cookie01.
2. In the top ribbon, select More.

3. Under Carrier Materials, select Manage.

   

Step 2: Associate the Material to a Carrier#

1. Select the Carrier Material to associate with the Material. For example, Baking Tray 01.

2. Optionally, enter a comment.

3. Select Save.

Step 3: View associated Carriers for the Material#

1. In the Material Page Details View, select Carriers.
