Plan Scenario Page#

The Plan Scenario page displays general information on the specific Plan Scenario. It also gives you access to all the available operations that can be performed on a specific Plan Scenario.

Details Tab#

The Details tab provides a collapsible Details View panel on the left side of the page. The panel can be collapsed or expanded. Depending on configuration and the optional licensed modules, the panel will display some or all of the following sub-sections:

  • Details - displays general information on the Plan Scenario.
  • Attributes - enables the visualization of existing Attributes and the possibility to create new ones. For more information, see Attributes.
  • Attachments - shows the documents that are attached to the Plan Scenario and allows you to attach additional documentation to the Plan Scenario.

Planning Tab#

This tab provides a planning grid that allows you to set targets for each of the time frames previously defined when creating the Plan Scenario and to have a global view of the Plan Scenario progress.

You can filter the matrix view by using the available filters:

  • Show Closed - allows you to only see the Plan Items that are Closed.
  • Product/Product Group - allows you to see only the Plan Items of a specific type, depending on what was specified when the Plan was created.
  • From - allows you to set the beginning of a temporal window of visualization.
  • To - allows you to set the end of a temporal window of visualization.

References Tab#

This tab combines information concerning other objects that have references to the current object:

  • Relations - displays the existing Relations between the Plan Scenario and other entities and enables the user to edit them. For more information, see Relations.
  • Where Used - displays the set of relationships between the Plan Scenario and the other objects used throughout the system.

History Tab#

This tab combines information concerning other objects that have references to the current Plan Scenario object:

  • History - displays the history of the operations, associated information, user(s) performing the changes and date and time of the changes.
