Data Set Page#

CmfDataSet.History
The Data Set page displays all the information of the selected Data Set and enables you to perform all the Data Set related operations.
Page views, such as Details, References, and History, are displayed as tabs in the top ribbon. The available page views and sub-sections may vary depending on the selected entity type, configuration, and licensed modules.
The Data Set page displays general information on the specific Data Set, such as:
- Name
- Description
- Type
- Universal State
- Data Source
- Owner Type
- The selected App, Role or User (depending on the owner type defined)
Details Tab#
The Details tab provides a collapsible Details View panel on the left side of the page. The panel can be collapsed or expanded. Depending on configuration and the optional licensed modules, the panel will display some or all of the following sub-sections:
- Details - displays general information on the Data Set.
- Fields - displays information on the fields that compose the Data Set.
- Data - displays pages of the actual data in the Data Set.
- Attachments - shows the documents that are attached to the Data Set and enables you to attach additional documentation to the Data Set.

References Tab#
This tab combines information concerning other objects that have references to the current object:
- Relations - displays the existing Relations between the Data Set and other entities and enables the user to edit them. For more information, see Relations.
- Where Used - displays the set of relationships between the Data Set and the other objects used throughout the system.
History Tab#
This tab combines information concerning other objects that have references to the current Data Set object:
- History - displays the history of the operations, associated information, user(s) performing the changes and date and time of the changes.
