IoT Schema Page#

The IoT Schema page displays general information on the specific IoT Schema. In addition it enables you to perform all the operations that can be performed on a specific IoT Schema.

Page views, such as Details, References, and History, are displayed as tabs in the top ribbon. The available page views and sub-sections may vary depending on the selected entity type, configuration, and licensed modules.

Details Tab#

The Details tab provides a collapsible Details View panel on the left side of the page. The panel can be collapsed or expanded. Depending on configuration and the optional licensed modules, the panel will display some or all of the following sub-sections:

  • Details - displays general information on the IoT Schema.
  • Properties - displays all the properties of this IoT Schema, similarly to what is observed in the IoT Event Definition page.
  • Attachments - shows the documents that are attached to the IoT Schema and enables you to attach additional documentation to the IoT Schema.

References Tab#

This tab combines information concerning other objects that have references to the current object:

  • Relations - displays the existing Relations between the IoT Schema and other entities and enables the user to edit them. For more information, see Relations.
  • Where Used - displays the set of relationships between the IoT Schema and the other objects used throughout the system.

History Tab#

This tab combines information concerning other objects that have references to the current IoT Schema object:

  • History - displays the history of the operations, associated information, user(s) performing the changes and date and time of the changes.
