Uninstall#

To uninstall the Critical Manufacturing software, follow the steps below:

1. Manually remove all the Services. To know specifically which services need to be removed, go to System Architecture, scroll down to the Application Server and see each corresponding service.
2. Remove application pool and sites. See System Architecture for further information on pools and sites.
3. Delete all files under the path defined on Root Installation Directory.
4. Remove the databases
   • Online
   • ODS
   • Data Warehouse
   • Analysis Services
5. Remove the MES Reports from SQL Server Reporting Services.
6. Open the SQL Server Agent, go to Jobs and click on Job Activity Monitor to remove all related jobs.
7. Go to Linked Servers (in the instance, go to Server Objects and Linked Servers) and remove all related linked servers.
