QualificationProficiency#
Description: Defines the diferent Qualification Proficiency values as well as the “ranking”. The “ranking” is defined from an ascending order and it also measures the “distance” when looking for the closest Employee to meet a certain Certification.
The QualificationProficiency table has the following fields:
