Description#

  • This report provides information about a Resource History.

Data Source#

  • ODS Database

Assumptions#

  • None

Filters#

  • Resource - Name of the target resource to retrieve info
  • Show Services - include or exclude
  • Data Collections - include or exclude
  • Material Tracking - include or exclude info about materials which were dispatched and tracked-in into the resource. It should be set to true if recipe information should be presented in the report (see next bullet).
  • Recipes - include or exclude info about recipes. To display the recipe information, the Material Tracking option must be set to true (see previous bullet).
  • Durables - include or exclude
  • Maintenance Management - include or exclude

Info

Boolean filters are actually enabling / disabling the execution and show of specific sub reports, so enabling only the info desired simplifies and enhances the overall execution time.

  • Several Fields depending on the Resource transaction type and flags are enabled.

Note

To define a default for the Resource History Report Time Frame, use /Cmf/System/Configuration/Reporting/Reports/ResourceHistoryDefaultTimeframe with an integer number in days defaulting to a value of 30.
