Data Set Page#
Dataset.Show
The Data Set page displays all the information of the selected Data Set and enables the user to perform all the Data Set related operations.
Depending on the optional modules that are licensed in the system, the Data Set main view will display some or all of the following page sections:
- Details - displays general information on the Data Set.
- Fields - displays information on the fields that compose the current Data Set.
- Data - displays information on the data present in the current Data Set.
- Attachments - shows the documents that are attached to the Data Set and enables you to attach additional documentation to the Data Set.
On top right the user may access to another 2 views: References and History views.
Details View#
The Data Set page displays general information on the specific Data Set, namely:
- Data Set name
- Description
- Type
- Universal State
- Owner Type
- The selected App, Role or User (depending on the owner type defined)
The Details view will also display the following sections:

Fields: This section lists all the properties in a paginated table, of the corresponding Data Set. The visualization of the
system fieldsmay be enabled and it is possible to filter by type (for instance by Dimension, Metric, etc) -
Data: This section shows the data available in the selected dataset. The data is shown in a paginated table and enables the user to select the columns to display and to export the data to a .csv file.

Attachments: Attachments - shows the documents that are attached to the Data Set and enables you to attach additional documentation to the Data Set.
References View#
This view combines information concerning other objects that have references to the current object:
- Relations - displays the existing Relations between the Data Set and other entities and enables you to edit them. For more information on Relations, see Relations.
- Where Used - displays the set of relationships between the Data Set and the other objects used throughout the system.
History View#
This view combines information concerning other objects that have references to the current Data Set object:
- History - displays the history of the operations, associated information, user(s) performing the changes and date and time of the changes.
