Overview#

An Area is a logical grouping of Steps and Resources which may have a corresponding physical location. An Area always belongs to a Facility.

An Area is always associated to a Facility and a Calendar. Optionally, an Area is associated with a Schedule. Steps and Resources are associated to a Facility via an Area.

The necessary steps for correctly configuring and using an Area are the following:

  1. Create a Calendar.
  2. Create a Facility.
  3. Create an Area.
