Terminate Maintenance Plan Instances#

MaintenancePlanInstance.Terminate

Overview#

This operation is used to terminate multiple Maintenance Plan Instance objects simultaneously.

Setup#

No specific setup is required other than to meet the preconditions of the transaction.

Preconditions#

• The Maintenance Plan Instances exist in the system and are in Active or Created state.

Sequence of Steps#

The Terminate Maintenance Plan Instance wizard can be called from the Maintenance Plan page within the Business Data Group. Navigate to the Instances section of the Details view and select the Terminate button on the top of the grid that shows the current instances of Maintenance Plan Instances associated to this Maintenance Plan

Step 1: General Data#

1. Choose the Maintenance Plan Instances that you wish to terminate and select Terminate to perform the operation. All generic/smart table rows that reference the current object will be removed.
