Manage Step Inspection Severity Instances#

Overview#

This operation is used to Manage Inspection Severity Instances of the Step.

Setup#

No specific setup is required other than to meet the preconditions of the transaction.

Preconditions#

• The Step exists and it is Active.
• The Enable Inspections field in the Manage Inspection Information Settings is true.

Sequence of Steps#

Step 1#

1. Navigate to the Inspections section in the main Step details page:

   

2. In the Manage button drop-down, select Manage Inspection Severity Instances:

   

3. Add, edit, or remove Severity Instances (use to add, and to remove) as needed.

4. Provide the Severity (mandatory) for each instance according to what is defined in the InspectionSeverity lookup table:

   

5. Enter other information as needed.

6. Select Update to complete the operation.

The Severity Instances information will be available in the appropriate tab:
