Change Batch Resource#

Batch.ChangeResource

Overview#

This operation is used to Change Resource of a given Batch.

Setup#

No specific setup is required other than to meet the precondition of the transaction.

Preconditions#

• The Batch exists in the system and is Active.
• The Batch System State is Created or Released.
• The Resource must be Active and non-template.
• The Resource Material Processing Mode must be Batch.
• Containers can only be added to the Batch if a Batch Container Type is defined. All added Containers must match that type, be in the same Facility as the Batch Resource, be Active, and non-templates.
• If the Batch Load Mode is set to Resource, the Batch must not be in Loading or Loaded state.

Sequence of Steps#

1. Select a Batch.
2. Select a Resource.
3. Optionally, enter a comment for the operation.
4. Select Change.
