概述#

证书代表特定的技能集。它可以分配给多个雇员。请注意，通过为雇员分配证书，用户不会自动获得证书。为了使雇员获得证书，必须手动明确授予雇员证书，或者雇员必须通过满足所有规定的证书要求资格（达到规定的熟练程度）来获得证书。

某些系统对象可以定义为需要证书：

  • 资源可以根据操作所需的证书定义一组特定的人员要求。有关详细信息，请参阅管理资源人员页面。
  • 步骤可以定义为需要执行特定的证书，以及可以通过智能表定义的特定上下文。有关详细信息，请参阅创建步骤页面和StepCertificationRequirementsContext智能表页面。

当证书配置为允许手动授予时，有三个授予选项：

  • 证书可以由属于证书所有者角色的用户授予。
  • 证书可以配置为允许经理（主管）授予证书
  • 证书可以配置为允许雇员向自己授予证书

证书可以配置为在一段时间后过期。

正确配置和使用证书的必要步骤如下：

  1. 在通用表QualificationProficiency中定义组织熟练度级别。
  2. 选择性地创建证书所需的资格。
  3. 创建证书。
