Document.Show

概述#

文档由外部链接或二进制内容（例如PDF或Word文档）以及一些关联的元数据（例如作者和创建日期）组成。有关所有支持的文档类型的列表，请参阅支持的文档类型部分。二进制内容集中储存在服务器中，任何具有必要权限的客户端应用程序都可以访问。每个文档版本包含两个URL（一个用于特定版本，另一个用于最有效的版本），这使得从外部应用程序（如电子邮件客户端或内部网网站）访问文档内容变得非常容易。

文档可以具有所有者角色。如果定义了所有者角色，则只允许该角色的用户更改文档的任何版本。

可以在文件夹结构中查看、下载和浏览文档。也可以根据上下文（物料或资源）查看文档。

版本控制#

文档是一个更改受控对象，包含全局数据组件和版本控制数据组件，如下图所示。

步骤顺序#

正确使用文档的必要步骤如下：

1. 创建文档。确保文档内容可用。
2. 批准变更集，该变更集包含已创建的文档版本。
3. 选择性地通过物料文档上下文将文档与物料相关联，或通过资源文档上下文将文档与资源相关联。
