实验定义#

概述#

实验是与标准过程的受控偏差,用于测试偏差的影响。实验提供了一种结构化机制来解决问题或改进流程,例如测试新物料、新流程和新配方。

“实验管理”是可选的凯睿德制造软件模块。

“实验管理”主要包含两个对象:

  • 表示要作为实验一部分执行的所有变体集的实验定义
  • 代表针对给定实验定义物料上运行的实验实验

一旦创建、审核和批准实验定义,就可以基于相同的实验定义创建多个新实验。为此,必须创建实验,以便将实验定义与特定物料关联。

分配物料后,将创建实验,并将遵循下图所示的生命周期模型。

使用实验定义的必要步骤如下:

  1. 创建实验定义
  2. 审核并批准实验定义
  3. 创建实验以将物料分配给实验定义
  4. 执行实验定义
  5. 终止使用实验定义
