实验定义#

概述#

实验是与标准过程的受控偏差，用于测试偏差的影响。实验提供了一种结构化机制来解决问题或改进流程，例如测试新物料、新流程和新配方。

“实验管理”主要包含两个对象：

• 表示要作为实验一部分执行的所有变体集的实验定义。
• 代表针对给定实验定义在物料上运行的实验的实验。

一旦创建、审核和批准实验定义，就可以基于相同的实验定义创建多个新实验。为此，必须创建实验，以便将实验定义与特定物料关联。

分配物料后，将创建实验，并将遵循下图所示的生命周期模型。

使用实验定义的必要步骤如下：

1. 创建实验定义。
2. 审核并批准实验定义。
3. 创建实验以将物料分配给实验定义。
4. 执行实验定义。
5. 终止使用实验定义。
