概述#

产品代表物料的一组所需特性。物料始终必须具有关联产品。

产品定义了默认起始流程路径（流程、步骤和步骤在流程中的位置），物料在首次创建时将放置在该位置。

产品可以启用或禁用。禁用的产品会阻止任何物料被分配给该产品，无论是物料创建、物料产品更改还是任何其他原因。如果物料已存在于禁用的产品中，则可以继续正常处理。

产品还可以定义单位换算系数。当物料移动到具有不同单位的步骤时，就会发生单位换算。换算系数可以在两个方向上使用（例如，从晶圆到模具和模具到晶圆），但是系统将首先查找主方向。只有在没有找到换算系数的情况下，系统才会使用反向系数查找反方向。有关单位换算系数应用的详细信息，请参阅物料数量单位更改部分。

产品可以引用产品组，并且在引用产品组时会自动继承所有产品组参数。产品还可以拥有自己的参数，并替代其产品组中的参数。

全局数据和版本控制数据#

产品是一个更改受控对象，包含全局数据组件和版本控制数据组件，如下图所示。

步骤顺序#

正确使用产品的必要步骤如下：

  1. 选择性地创建一个流程（确保预先创建了所有必要的流程和步骤）以便为产品设置默认流程路径。
  2. 选择性地创建产品组。
  3. 创建产品 - 请注意，必须将产品版本与变更集关联。
  4. 批准变更集，该变更集包含已创建的产品版本。
