资源#

从广义上讲,资源代表任何参与物料处理或储存的稀缺实体,例如设备或人员。

资源属于一个车间,并通过它属于一个工厂设施资源还可以包含子资源。类型为组件资源可以有多个父资源

资源可以是以下处理类型之一:

  1. 流程 - 可以处理物料资源
  2. 储存 - 可用于储存和检索物料资源
  3. 耗材供料器 - 用于向其他资源提供耗材的资源
  4. 加载端口 - 用作资源的输入和/或输出端口的资源
  5. 组件 - 可以有多个父资源资源

资源提供服务服务是某些处理操作所需的特殊功能,例如物料派工储存物料

资源具有给定的产能,可以用特定类型的物料容器的数量来表示。

出于整体设备效率(OEE)的目的,必须保持资源理想循环时间。此信息可在“理想循环时间”选项卡中找到。

状态模型#

凯睿德制造软件主机提供基于SEMI E10的标准状态模型,如下所示。每个状态都与一组用于确定资源系统状态的属性关联:属性“基本”指定资源应该是启动还是关闭。此属性非常重要,因为有一个DEE规则将资源系统状态与储存在此属性中的值同步。
