上班日志#

“上班日志”是可选的凯睿德制造软件模块“劳动力管理”的一部分。

概述#

上班日志是一种捕获和传递班次相关信息的机制。班次日志按车间组织，而且如果为该车间配置，则会为每个班次自动创建上班日志。上班日志由多个条目组成。班次结束后，下一个班次的主管需要签收上一个上班日志。上班日志在签收后，会被系统终止使用。

除了出现在“业务数据”中之外，上班日志还出现在“工厂导览”内相应区域下的“制造”中。有几个配置选项可以确定如何在“工厂导览”中显示上班日志：

  • /Cmf/System/Configuration/ShiftLogbook/DisplaySortingOrder - 可以是升序或降序，决定了“工厂导览”中的上班日志排序顺序
  • /Cmf/System/Configuration/ShiftLogbook/MaxLogbookEntrySize - 定义每个上班日志记录大小的最大值（以兆字节为单位）。
  • /Cmf/System/Configuration/ShiftLogbook/NumberOfShiftLogbooksToDisplay - 定义要显示的最后上班日志数量

步骤顺序#

正确配置和使用上班日志的必要步骤如下：

  1. 创建日历。
  2. 创建班次定义。
  3. 生成日历天。
  4. 更新日历天并为日历天分配班次定义。
  5. 创建车间，并确保为该车间启用上班日志。
  6. 配置通用表ShiftLogbookEntrySeverity。
  7. 将条目添加到上班日志中。
