SPC#

Overview#

The SPC widget places a Chart in a UI Page by visually representing the Logical Charts associated to it along with information regarding the collected data and aggregations performed on it.

You can choose to see the graphic visualization of the data or a table with the data itself:

While in the graph visualization mode, hovering over the data points displays extra information on them:

General Steps#

To use the SPC widget in an UI Page, follow the steps below:

1. In any UI Page in Build mode, select the SPC from the widgets list located on the left side of the page; drag and drop to the desired place in the UI Page.
2. Enter the Settings section of the widget through the three vertical dots.
3. In the General tab, provide a name and a description for the widget. Use the toggle buttons to specify whether the widget should be visible, display the header, or allow full screen mode. Additionally, determine if the widget can be opened as an image in a new tab or exported as an image. You can the behavior of the widget by toggling the button that allow auto refresh.

Widget Customization#

1. Optionally, in the Style tab, you can define a Border Width and Color.

   

2. In the Setup tab, the widget can be configured through the following fields:

   • Display
     • Chart - Select the chart object from which to retrieve the data.
     • Filter mode:
       • Last number of points - Displays the specified number of recent data points.
       • Date interval. Displays data within a specified date range. If selected, you must define:
         • From date - The start date of the filter.
         • To date - The end date of the filter.
       • Show Excluded Data Points - Toggle to show or hide excluded data points. This option is set to false by default.
       • Expand on Load - Toggle to automatically expand the data view on load. This option is set to true by default.
   • Axis
     • Y-Axis Scale:
       • Automatic - Automatically adjusts the Y-axis scale.
       • Manual - Keeps the Y-Axis fixed when viewed. If selected, you must define the primary minimum and maximum values for the Y-Axis.
     • Show Timestamp - Toggle to show or hide timestamps. This option is set to false by default.
   • Limits
     • Show Control Limits - Toggle to show or hide control limits. This option is set to false by default.
     • Show Spec Limits - Toggle to show or hide specification limits. This option is set to false by default.
     • Show Target Value - Toggle to show or hide the target value. This option is set to false by default
   • Statistics - select one or more of the following available statistics:
     • Count
     • Cp
     • Cpk
     • Max
     • Mean
     • Median
     • Min
     • OOS
     • OOC (%)
     • Ppk
     • Range
     • Standard Deviation
     • LCLCR
     • CLCR
     • UCLCR
     • OTI
     • OCI
   • Filters - you can define the context that should be used as a filter for the data to be displayed. The available filters are:
     • Facility
     • Step
     • Recipe
     • Resource
     • Product
     • Parameter
   Display and AxisLimits, Statistics and Filters

   

   

3. Optionally, define the Links between this widget and other elements of the UI Page in the Links tab.

   

4. By saving and closing the settings, the widget will be changed accordingly.
