Manage Employees Certification#

Overview#

This operation allows you to manage the information of a specific Certification from one or more Employees, meaning that the Employee Certification Details can be updated.

Preconditions#

  • The user must belong to the Owner Role of the Certification
  • The Certification must have the property Grant Type set to Manual.

Sequence of Steps#

To manage a Certification from one or more Employees, select the Employees that should have the Certification managed and select the Manage button in the Employees section of the page.

Step 1: Details#

  1. Confirm the Employees for which the Certification should be managed.
  2. If the State of the Certification is Assigned you can only edit the Planned Date.
  3. If the State of the Certification is Active you can edit the Certification Date and set if the Employee is a Trainer or Trainee.
  4. The validity date is determined by the Certification validation date. However, if the Employee is set as Trainee the validation date is determined by: Certification Date + Training Maximum Duration.
  5. Optionally enter a comment.
  6. Select Update to complete the operation.
