Exclude Data Point#

ChartDataPoint.Exclude

Overview#

This operation is used to Exclude an existing data point from the checking, control limit calculation, histograms, and statistics of violation rules, but the data point is still visualized.

Setup#

No specific setup is required other than to meet the preconditions of the transaction.

Preconditions#

1. The Chart exists in the system and it is Active.
2. The Chart Data Point exists in the system and it is Active (Universal State) and its System State is Active or Edited.

Sequence of Steps#

Step 1#

1. In the Logical Chart, select the Chart Data Point you want to exclude.
2. Select Exclude to open the Exclude Chart Data Point wizard.
3. Verity the information.
4. Optionally, enter a comment.
5. Select Exclude to complete the operation.
