Remove Data Point#

ChartDataPoint.Remove

Overview#

This operation is used to remove an existing Chart Data Point. However, the removal is only logical, as the data is still retained in the system.

Setup#

No specific setup is required other than to meet the preconditions of the transaction.

Preconditions#

1. The Chart exists in the system and it is Active.
2. The Chart Data Point exists in the system and it is Active (Universal State) and its System State must be different from Deleted.

Sequence of Steps#

Step 1#

1. In the Logical Chart, select the Chart Data Point you want to remove.
2. Select Remove to open the Remove Chart Data Point wizard.
3. Verify the information.
4. Optionally, enter a comment.
5. Select Remove to complete the operation.
