Pause Checklist Instance#

ChecklistInstance.Pause

Overview#

This operation is used to pause the execution of a Checklist Instance.

Setup#

No special setup is required other than to meet the preconditions of the transaction.

Preconditions#

• The Checklist is Active, Checklist Version is Effective and it is Opened.
• The Checklist Execution Mode is Long Running and the Executing State is Executing.
• The Checklist is of scope Material Tracking or Maintenance Management.

Sequence of Steps#

1. Select a Checklist instance that matches the preconditions

2. Select the Pause button on the top ribbon.

   

3. Specify a Reason of type Pause.

4. Optionally, enter a comment for the operation.

5. Select Pause.
