Perform Immediate Checklist for Material#

🔒 ChecklistInstance.PerformImmediateForMaterial

Overview#

Accessible from the Checklist details page, performs a standalone Immediate Checklist for a given Material. In this case, you do not need to Open Checklist Instance for Material.

Setup#

No special setup is required other than to meet the preconditions of the transaction.

Preconditions#

  • The Material exists, is Active and non-template.
  • The Material is not In Transit.
  • The Checklist is of scope Material Tracking and the Execution mode is Immediate.

Sequence of Steps#

To execute an Immediate Checklist for a Material, it's necessary to:

  1. Find the desired Checklist instance and select Perform New.

  2. Execute the Checklist items and when you have finished, select Perform to conclude the operation.
