Manage Employee Qualification#
Qualification.ManageInformation
Overview#
This operation allows you to manage the information of a specific Qualification for one or more Employees, meaning that the Employee Qualification Details can be updated.
Preconditions#
- The user must belong to the Owner Role of the Qualification.
Sequence of Steps#
To manage one or more Qualifications for a specific Employee, open the page of the Employee, navigate to the Qualifications section of the page, select the Qualification to be managed, and select the Manage button.
Step 1: Details#
- Confirm the Qualification of the Employee that should be managed.

You can modify the following:
- Qualification Date
- Valid To
- Reason
- Proficiency
- Remarks
Note
It is not possible to remove the Qualification Date if it is already set.

Optionally, enter a comment.
- Select Update to complete the operation.
