Close Inspection Order#

Overview#

This operation is used to close an Inspection Order.

Setup#

No specific setup is required other than to meet the preconditions of the transaction.

Preconditions#

• The Inspection Order exists in the system.
• All Step Material Samples associated to the Inspection Order are closed.

Sequence of Steps#

The Close Inspection Order wizard can be called from the Inspection Orders page under the Quality menu, after selecting a specific Inspection Order, or by accessing the Inspection Order page.

Step 1: General#

1. Review the displayed information on the Step Material Samples associated to the Inspection Order. The samples can be filtered for an easier review.
2. Optionally edit the note associated to the Inspection Order.
3. Select Close Inspection Order to perform the operation.
