Manage Inspection Order Materials#

Overview#

This operation is used to manage the Materials associated to an Inspection Order.

Setup#

No specific setup is required other than to meet the precondition of the transaction.

Sequence of Steps#

  1. The Manage Inspection Order Materials wizard can be called from the Inspection Orders page under the Quality menu, after selecting a specific Inspection Order, or by accessing the Inspection Order page.

  2. Add as many Materials as desired (press in the top right of the grid to add, and to remove, ordering the items with the and buttons) - specifying one item minimum - providing for each item the following information:

    • The Material name.
    • The link type - defines a qualification of the relationship for the non-main Materials.

    Details on the Resource will be displayed for each individual item.

  3. Select Update to complete the operation.
