Special Accept Maintenance Activity Order#

MaintenanceActivityOrder.SpecialAccept

Overview#

This operation accepts a Maintenance Activity Order (MAO) which is in the Waiting For Acceptance state. The transaction is similar to the Accept Maintenance Activity Order except that the current user is not required to belong to the Maintenance Plan Instance Owner Role of the MAO.

Preconditions#

• The MAO is in the Waiting for Acceptance execution state.
• The MAO must not be included in another MAO, that is, the Parent MAO property must be null.

Sequence of Steps#

Step 1#

1. Verify the information regarding the MAOs.

   Note

   It is possible to select multiple MAOs before entering the Special Accept Maintenance Activity Order wizard.

2. The effective completion date/time is presented and can be overriden.

3. Optionally, enter a Comment.
4. Select Accept to complete the transaction.
