Special Check-Out Employee from Maintenance Activity Order#

Overview#

This operation is used to check out an Employee from a Maintenance Activity Order (MAO). The difference to the normal Check-Out Employee from Maintenance Activity Order operation is that this is intended for users who are not currently logged in the application.

Preconditions#

  • The user has an Employee which is Active and it matches the Employee for which the Check-Out applies.
  • The Employee is currently checked in at the MAO from which he/she intends to check out.

Sequence of Steps#

Step 1: Authentication#

  1. Enter the username and password. If token authentication is configured, it is also possible to use the token as an alternative authentication method.

Step 2: Details#

  1. Confirm the information presented by the Wizard.
  2. Optionally, enter a Comment.
  3. Select Check-Out to complete the operation.
