Reset Floor Life Counter#

Overview#

This operation is used to reset the value for the Floor Life of a Material.

Setup#

No special setup is required other than to meet the preconditions of the transaction.

Preconditions#

  • Material exists and it is in the Active state;
  • Material Floor Life Counter State is set to Stopped;
  • The Floor Life Remaining Hours field is set in the Material;

Sequence of Steps#

Step 1#

  1. Verify the Material information and click on Reset to complete the transaction.

Warning

The value for the Floor Life of the Material will be set according to the defined value for the Floor Life Remaining Hours related to the Material and Product or Manufacturer combinations. If the Moisture Sensitivity Level is not defined or can not be calculated, an error will be returned.
