Clear Notification#

Notification.Clear

Overview#

This operation is used to clear a Notification.

Setup#

No special setup is required other than to meet the preconditions of the transaction.

Preconditions#

• The Notification assignment type must be either:
  • Employee - the user (employee) matches the one of the Notification
  • Everyone
  • Role - the user (employee) belongs to that Notification
• The Notification must be Open and Active.
• The Clearance Mode must not be Automatic.
• If the Clearance Mode is Manual Every User, the user must not have already cleared the Notification.

Sequence of Steps#

Step 1#

1. To clear the Notification select Clear in the Notification details page or in the Notifications pane on the right of the screen.
