Manage Maintenance#

Overview#

This operation is used to manage configurations of the maintenance of the Product.

Setup#

No specific setup is required other than to meet the preconditions of the transaction.

Preconditions#

• The Maintenance module is properly licensed in the system.
• The Product exists in the system and it is Active.

Sequence of Steps#

Step 1: Manage Maintenance#

If the Maintenance module is properly licensed in the system, the Maintenance section will be enabled and you will be able to define the Product maintenance information.

1. In case the Product is used in Maintenance Management, specify whether it needs to be consumed from an existing Material or not.
2. Select Update to complete the transaction.
