Perform Protocol Instance#

ProtocolInstance.Perform

Overview#

This operation is used to execute, partially or completely, a Protocol Instance. The Details to be performed need to be inputted beforehand and it is possible to perform them intermittently by clicking on Save and Close and performing the remaining Details at a later stage.

Setup#

No special setup is required other than to meet the preconditions of the transaction.

Preconditions#

• The protocol instance exists, is active and is in system state Open.
• If a role is defined, the user must belong to that role.
• The Details to be performed have been inputted beforehand.
• The current user is associated to an Employee.

Sequence of Steps#

Step 1: Checklist#

1. Perform the necessary verifications in order to mark every item in the Checklist as completed. In case you need further information on how to complete the Checklist, please refer to the Perform Checklist help section.

Step 2: Parameters#

1. Edit the Parameters by inputting new values.

Step 3: Notes#

1. Add a Note, if necessary.

Step 4: Documents#

1. Attach or provide a URL to add a Document.
2. Press Save and Close.
