Dequeue Resource Job#

🔒 ResourceJob.Dequeue

Overview#

This operation is used to Dequeue a given Resource Job.

Setup#

No specific setup is required other than to meet the precondition of the transaction.

Preconditions#

  • The Resource Job exists in the system and is Active.
  • The Resource Job System State is Queued.
  • The Owner Entity Type and Owner Entity Id provided must match if previously defined in the Resource Job.

Sequence of Steps#

  1. Choose a Queued Resource Job, then select the Dequeue button on the top ribbon.
  2. Optionally, enter a comment for the operation.
  3. Select Dequeue.

Info

Once a Resource Job is dequeued, its System State will revert to Created. At this stage, you will have two available actions: Enqueue, or Cancel the Resource Job. For more information, refer to the linked pages.
