Manage Resource Employees#

🔒 Resource.ManageEmployees

Overview#

This operation is used to manage the Employees for a specific Resource.

Setup#

No setup is required other than to meet the preconditions of the transaction.

Preconditions#

  • All selected Resources are of processing type Process and have the property Enable Check-In set to true.
  • All selected Employees are Active.
  • For checking in, all Check-In preconditions apply with the exception that the current user does not have to be the Employee being checked in.
  • For checking out, all Check-Out preconditions apply with the exception that the current user does not have to be the Employee being checked out.

Sequence of Steps#

Step 1#

  1. Select a Resource and then select Manage Resource Employees from the dropdown button on the top ribbon.
  2. A wizard will open, listing all the Employees on the left side. Select the ones you want to manage.
  3. If you want to select employees that are checked out, select the Only Checked-Out option.
  4. You can filter by Role or Employee No., and you can Clean All Filters or Search for employees.

  5. Select Update and the system will confirm that the Employee(s) was/were checked-in to or checked-out from the Resource.
