Transfer Requirement Details Report#

Overview#

The Transfer Requirement Details report provides information about a specific Transfer Requirement. It enables progress tracking, helps identify bottlenecks, and ensures accuracy when making logistics decisions. It can be accessed through the Business Intelligence tab, in the Material Logistics folder.

Data Source#

DWH (through ODS), accessed through the following data sets:

Report Breakdown#

To generate a report, you must first select the Transfer Requirement you want the report to detail. The list of available Transfer Requirements is generated from the Transfer Requirement data set.

The header section specifies the chosen Transfer Requirement and displays details from the Transfer Requirement data set, such as:

  • Type - Type of Transfer Requirement
  • Priority - Transfer Requirement priority
  • Delivery Due Date - Delivery deadline
  • Source Location - Origin of the Transfer Requirement
  • Destination Location - Where the Transfer Requirement is meant to be delivered
  • Created On - Date of creation
  • State - Current Transfer Requirement state
  • Completion Date - Date when the Transfer Requirement was completed (if applicable)

The following table lists all Transfer Requirement items from the Transfer Requirement Items data set, with their respective data:

  • Product - Product name and description
  • Required Qty - Required Quantity
  • Released Qty - Quantity released for processing
  • Picked Qty - Quantity picked from the Source
  • Transport Qty - Quantity transported
  • Delivered Qty - Quantity delivered to the Destination
  • Units - Measurement Units
  • State - Transfer Requirement Item state
