E10 Process State Model#

E10 defines a set of states that will allow you to calculate well defined metrics.

On the MES this is mapped on the state model SEMI E10:

To track the tool Process State by using E10 you should use the workflow ResourceState_01_ProcessStateChangeReceived and the workflow task to use the UpdateEquipmentE10MainState.
