Change Sets#

Quality.ChangeSets

The Change Sets page lists all the active (and optionally terminated) Change Sets where the current Employee is the owner, allowing you to have a bird's eye view of the status of the objects in approval, both the objects under your direct ownership as well as the objects in approval in the entire system, limited by the current user role. For that purpose, a list of the objects under your direct ownership can be viewed on a tab immediately next to the Change Sets.

In addition, you can filter the Change Sets by their Type, Category, and Urgency, as well as a special checkbox that allows you to see only the Change Sets that are owned by the current Employee.

Moreover, the Search box enables you to find a specific Change Sets by entering its name (full or partial).

If one row of the Change Sets grid is selected, the available operations for the specific Change Sets will be displayed in the ribbon, allowing you to promptly select and perform the required operation.

Alternatively, from the list, it is possible to select the items of the Change Sets by selecting the icon on the right side of each row, which will in turn display the items belonging to the Change Sets. From this panel, a specific number of operations can also be performed on the single items, as displayed in the ribbon.

My Approvals#

If the My Approvals tab is selected, the system displays a similar view, showing all Change Sets where you can act as approver.
