# Manage Change Set State Reviewers

## Overview

This operation is used to manage the state reviewers associated to a **Change Set**.

## Setup

No special setup is required other than to meet the preconditions of the transaction.

## Preconditions

* **Change Set** exists and it is in the *Active*, *Created* or *InApproval* state.
* **Change Set** is set with a workflow an approval method.

## Sequence of Steps

1. Select an appropriate **Change Set**, navigate to the *State Reviewers* section and select the **Manage** button.
2. For each of the available states in the approval workflow, add reviewers (select :material-plus: in the top right of the grid to add, and :material-trash-can: to remove) and provide for each item the following information:

      * Reviewer Type
        * **Role**
        * **Employee**
      * Approval Type
        * Approver - If the Reviewer is set as Approver they must explicitly approve the **Change Set** at a certain state (this action is mandatory and relevant).
        * Observer - If the Reviewer is set as Observer they can add, approve or reject, but the response is not required and not relevant for the **Change Set** approval, but it will be kept in the historical details of the state transition approval.

3. Select **Update** to complete the operation.
