# Reject Material Transfer

## Overview

This operation is used to reject a **Material Transfer**.

## Setup

No special setup is required other than to meet the preconditions of the transaction.

## Preconditions

* The user is the supervisor of the **Material Transfer's** requester (*RequestedBy*).
* **Material Transfer's** universal state is *Active* and its system state is *Requested*.

## Sequence of Steps

### Step 1: Details

1. Select a **Material Transfer** and click **Reject** to initialize the wizard.
2. Review the **Material Transfer's** information.
3. Optionally, enter a comment.
4. Press **Reject** to complete the transaction.
