# Verify Map Quantity

## Overview

This operation is used to verify whether the **Material** quantities are the same as the **Map** quantities.  The system will perform a check and provide an indication for the user on if the quantities match or not.

## Setup

No setup is required other than to meet the preconditions of the transaction.

## Preconditions

* The **Material** exists and is *Active*.
* The **Map** is currently associated with the **Material**.
* The selected **Map** default layer is either of *Loss* or *Bin* type (and with a filter which is set as *IsFilterGoods*).

## Sequence of Steps

### Step 1: Details

1. Open the **Maps** tab and select the desired **Map** from the list, by clicking on its line.
2. Click **Verify** and confirm the **Map** information.
3. Optionally, enter a comment.
4. Press **Verify** to complete the wizard.
