# Manage Unit Conversion Factors

## Overview

This operation is used to manage the possible unit conversion factors for a **Product**.

## Setup

No specific setup is required other than to meet the precondition of the transaction.

## Preconditions

* The Product exists and is Active.

## Sequence of Steps

Navigate to the *Unit Conversion Factors* section in the *Contexts* **Product** page and press the :material-plus: and :material-trash-can: buttons to access the configuration wizard:

### Step 1: Manage Unit Conversion Factors

1. Specify as many allowed unit conversion factors as necessary (using the :material-plus: and :material-trash-can: buttons on the grid to add and remove rows), providing for each one:

    * The *From* Unit
    * The *To* Unit
    * The *Conversion Factor* to convert one unit of the From unit into the To unit

2. Press **Update** to complete the transaction.
