# Add Images to Reason

## Overview

This operation is used to associate the `Loss` **Reason** with as many images of `Loss` scope as desired.

## Setup

No specific setup is required other than to meet the precondition of the transaction.

## Preconditions

* There are active **Multimedia** objects of type `Picture` and scope `Loss` available in the system.
* The **Reason** exists and is Active in the system.  

## Sequence of Steps

### Step 1 - Images

The Add Images to Reason operation can be called from the **Reason** page within the Business Data Group, scrolling to the Images section in the main **Reason** page. In the wizard:

1. Add as many images as desired from the available images displayed on the dialog.
2. Select **Next** to continue to the next step.

### Step 2 - Assessment

1. For each of the images selected in the previous step, define an Assessment from the available options:

    * Conditional
    * Fail
    * Pass
    * Unspecified

1. Optionally, enter complementary information in the `Assessment Criteria` field.  
1. Select **Add** to complete the transaction.
