The Resource View shows an overview of the available **Materials** for processing at the selected **Resource** in the Dispatch List tab which includes only **Materials** in state Queued. In the Materials at Resource tab, the system displays all the **Materials** which are currently associated with the Resource. The total number of **Materials** in each of these states is shown alongside the **Resource** Name and State. !!! note To access the Resource View the feature `Manufacturing.fabExplorer` is required. Each **Material** from the list will then show the properties that have been previously defined, as seen in the example below. The selection of one or more **Materials**, by ticking the respective checkboxes, will enable some of the buttons in the action bar, allowing you to perform the desired **Resource** operations. ![Screenshot showing a Resource View with processing resources, including material properties.](images/resource_view_full.png) Alongside the list of **Materials**, a column icon will be displayed. When selected, this icon will allow you to define the columns to be displayed for each material, as well as the type of sorting and filters. For more information on the layout configuration, see [[fab-explorer-index]]. ![Screenshot showing the "Column Options" menu in the Resource View.](images/column_options.png) ![Screenshot showing Resource View with filter options.](images/resource_filters.png) !!! info The Materials on the list will sometimes be accompanied by badges to illustrate different underlying Material circumstances; for example, if a Material is InProcess and a Checklist for Track-Out has been previously associated to the Material, a badge will be displayed next to the Material, in order to indicate that the Material has a Checklist (long running) that needs to be completed before the Track-Out operation takes place. When a **Material** is waiting for an **Experiment** in the **Resource**, a lock badge will appear in the column next to **Material**. Selecting it will display a pop-over message, as shown in the image below. ![Screenshot showing a resource view with a column icon and awaiting materials.](images/experiment_lock_badge_resource_view_waiting_materials.png) Selecting each of the categories on the left will load specific information about the **Resource** and the objects that are associated to it in any given time on the right-side panel, which may include an extra right-hand panel with additional information. !!! info Should you need to refresh the information for a specific category, use the refresh button in the category box, which will only refresh that category and not the entire page. ![Screenshot showing the Resource View with a partially refreshed layout.](images/partial_refresh_resource_view.png) The left side panel (as well as some of the right panels) can be customized by pressing the settings icon on the top right of each panel. The left selection panel has the following options: ![Screenshot showing the Resource View's left panel settings.](images/resource_view_left_panel_settings.png) Selecting the desired options and saving the layout will overwrite the previous settings and set the new layout for the Resource View. ### Resource View for Storage Resources If the **Resource** has Processing Type equal to Storage, a different view is displayed, with two panels that separate the main panel between the storable **Materials** and the **Materials** that are already stored in the **Resource**: ![Screenshot showing Resource View for Storage Resources, displaying two panels separating the main panel with storable Materials.](images/resource_view_processing_type_storage.png) !!! info For more information, see the [[fab-explorer-index]] page. ### Resource View for Batch Resources For [[user-guide-batch-index]] Resources, the Resource View adapts to provide an overview of the available Batch Materials at a specific **Resource**, organized into four tabs: * **Dispatch List** - shows the available **Materials** for dispatching at the selected **Resource**. These **Materials** will be in the Queued state. When selecting one or more **Materials**, by ticking the respective checkboxes, some of the buttons in the action bar will be enabled, allowing you to perform different operations. * **Planned Batches** - shows the **Batches** available for release at the selected **Resource**. It also shows the Batch Materials that are associated with a given Batch. These **Batches** will be in the Created state. When selecting one or more **Batches**, some of the buttons in the action bar will be enabled, allowing you to perform different operations. * **Batch at Resource** - shows a list of the **Batches** In Process state. Among other operations, you may Track-Out or Abort a given **Batch**. * **Processed Materials** - shows a list of the Processed Batches; when selecting one or more **Batches**, you may perform different operations. ![Screenshot showing a list of processed batches in the Resource View for Batch Resources.](images/resource_view_for_batch_resources.png) !!! tip "Data Grid Customization" In any tab, you can customize the properties shown in the lists by selecting the :core-static-columns-sm:{ class="twemoji blue-icon" } icon. For more information, see [[user-guide-data-grid#column-options]]. ### Resource View for Setup If the **Resource** has been configured for Setup, a different view is displayed.
