# Manage Compatible Services

## Overview

This operation is used to manage the **Services** that are compatible with the current **Service**, that is, the **Services** that can replace or be replaced by the current **Service**.

!!! info
    Compatible services are services with identical Processing Type. They are directional and not reciprocal (for a valid example, a **Resource** can process certain **Materials** for longer times than others).

!!! warning
    The **Service** cannot be compatible with itself.

## Setup

No specific setup is required other than to meet the precondition of the transaction.

## Preconditions

* The Service exists and it is Active in the system.  

## Sequence of Steps

### Can be Fulfilled by

1. Add, edit or remove the **Services** that can replace the current **Service** by selecting the :material-plus: or remove buttons on the top right-hand side of the grid.
2. Confirm the details of the **Service** being displayed on the right-hand side of the screen.
3. Select **Update** to confirm the operation.

### Can Fulfill

1. Add, edit or remove the **Services** that can be replaced by the current **Service** by selecting the :material-plus: or remove buttons on the top right-hand side of the grid.
2. Confirm the details of the **Service** being displayed on the right-hand side of the screen.
3. Select **Update** to confirm the operation.
